Cancellations and Refunds

• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% at the discretion of the relevant operators.
• Bookings cancelled after 28 days but before 14 days prior to date of travel will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.

Price and Conditions

• Prices in this brochure are valid from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009
• Prices and conditions are current at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice.

Deposits and Payments

• Full payment of your booking must be made 45 days prior to travel
• For bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel but more than 7 days prior to travel, full payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of your booking.
• Bookings made less than 8 days prior to travel must be paid in full at time of booking.

Travel Insurance

• It is recommended that you take Travel Insurance as it may protect you if you cancel your holiday due to unforseen circumstances.

General information

• Packages can be customised to your requirements.
• Packages can be combined to create an extended holiday.
• Additional nights can be added to any package
• Packages must be booked as consecutive nights
• All packages within this brochure include courtesy transfers between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

Tours

• Some tours may be subject to Government taxes, additional insurance or other charges which must be paid direct to the tour operator.
• Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not achieved a tour may cancel at short notice.
• Operators reserve the right to cancel tours for any reason and to alter tour itineraries and routes.
• If a tour cancels and passengers are unable to travel on an alternate day any refund is at the discretion of the operator.
